These paddles work great. The sizes are true to fit.

Good quality training paddles.
They give a significant weight boost and make training harder. The resistance scales up with each size (S, M, L, XL). They are made of quality lightweight plastic with good rubber bands. The only problems were that the black stripes on top got smudged somehow and the bands might be too short for people who want to put 3 fingers in the top loop instead of 1. Overall recommend buying it 4/5.
