CLEAN Supplement w/Positive Benefits
Very PURE supplement. No extremely nasty fillers or chemical compounds which is hard to find today on the market. I feel as though it's helping slightly with my energy levels, with Mag. Malate being the key. I take one every morning on an empty stomach with a probiotic and 24oz of water. Then a Mag. Glycinate at night to encourage sleep. The combination of these two Magnesium's have encouraged more regular bathroom visits for me when consistently taken (do not exceed 400mg-500mg or severe laxative effects can take place). It is a larger pill but I have not had issues with swallowing- as I can have with others. Yes, a bit more costly than similar types but this brand focuses on main ingredients. Will buy again! Impressed with the company's quality and transparency.

Gentle and High-Quality Magnesium

Absorb well for me!
These absorb beautifully in my digestive system; I haven't had a low magnesium result in my blood work ever since I started taking them! No stomach upset, either!

It's easy to take one pill a day.
I sometimes get cramps in my calves while sleeping, so I eat before bed. Personally, I think it's effective. I am satisfied with the product and delivery.

Relieves muscle cramps
My husband and I both get leg cramps. These have been lifesavers. Nothing worse than getting a leg cramp when you’re relaxing. I have tried many brands and PURE is the only one that doesn’t cause stomach upset. They may cost a little more than the brands you can buy at your local department store or supermarket, but it’s totally worth the price. They are very effective. I get the magnesium glycinate for muscle cramps.
