Poor quality
Product came used and missing parts. Also doesn’t work.

Does the job.
The spring came off with the first use. I don’t think it is necessary anyway. A bit hard to hold But with a bit pressure, it actually works. Make the drilling part slightly bigger and the handle more comfortable and you got yourself a good product. Juiced 80 coconuts with it last week

Cool coconut drill !
Good handy tool for piercing young coconut. Blade (drill) is made in steel. Easy and safe than using knives or screw drivers imo. Little pricey than few others have used or seen with slight design difference. But value depends on longevity which is not only about materials and build quality but also what its used on. If you always have access to fresh young coconuts could last longer but if you are like me supply is mix depending on retail store may or may not last as long. Well still liked this cool coconut drill from Tynoscco.

Although easy, it does take a little muscle to drip this into a coconut shell
The end of this coconut screw is sharp enough to drill down into the coconut. The spring helps me get the tool back out of the coconut shell. This thing actually works! Although easy, it does take a little muscle to drip this into a coconut shell that isn't exactly as 'young' as you would like. The took itself is heavily made and thus seems durable. I have no concerns that the plastic on this will break. This comes with a plastic cap over the sharp end to make this safe to store and carry. The $15 price seems reasonable for this tool. I will say the only problem I have with this is how easy it would be to lose the elastic pick that fits into the end of this tool.

Does not work with even moderately hard coconut
This one only works with extremely young coconut. Does not work even if the coconut is lil hard.

This coconut opener tool is a game-changer if you enjoy fresh green coconut water! It’s easy to use, safe, and saves a lot of time and effort compared to traditional methods like using a knife or machete. The blade is sharp and sturdy, and the handle provides a good grip, making it simple to punch a clean hole in the coconut. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I could open a coconut with minimal mess. If you regularly enjoy fresh coconuts, this tool is a must-have. It’s compact, easy to clean, and does exactly what it promises. Highly recommended!

The Tynoscco Coconut Opener is a nifty little gadget that makes opening young, soft coconuts much easier. Its compact design and food-grade stainless steel build feel sturdy and safe, which is a relief compared to wrestling with a knife. The rotary spring pressure mechanism is straightforward—push, twist, and you’ve got a clean hole for a straw. I tried it on some fresh green coconuts, and it worked like a charm, cutting through the soft husk without much effort. It’s small enough to toss in a drawer, and cleanup is a breeze, either by hand or in the dishwasher. That said, it’s not perfect. It struggles with larger or slightly tougher coconuts, requiring more force than I expected, and the handle feels a bit flimsy under pressure. I haven’t tried it on mature coconuts, but the product notes suggest it’s not designed for them, so stick to young, soft ones. It’s also worth mentioning that you need to keep the green husk on for best results, which might be inconvenient if your coconuts are pre-trimmed. Overall, this opener is a solid choice for anyone who enjoys fresh coconut water and wants a safer, quicker way to access it. It’s affordable, portable, and gets the job done for soft coconuts, making it a worthwhile addition to my kitchen tools. Just don’t expect it to tackle every coconut with ease.

- This is a nice coconut opener for those who want to drink the coco water inside and dreaded the process of chopping it open with a knife. I went to a month long vacation in southeast asia, and drink coconut everyday. I order from a local supplier 10-20 coconuts at a time and although they chop it down for easy packing, I still have to cut open with a knife every time I want to drink. Sometimes I did great and cut right at the top, sometimes I went in too far down and coco water splashing out. If I don't clean it up right away, the ants will crawling soon due to the sweet juice. This opener saves all that hassle. Easy to use. It will drill a hole and you can just put a straw in and drink happily. No mess. After you're done, you can certainly chop it open with a knife to get the pulp. It's easier since there's no juice inside. Overall an effective coco drill for drinking coco water.

This product comes with the opener and a little instruction guide. The process is simple as it's just screwing it in all the way and then removing. I've tested on a couple of coconuts. It does not take much effort. I thought you'd have to continuously press hard on it, but ones it's in, you just turn and it will go in by itself. What they should have included is a little straw that fits into the hole at the top of the item. I have metal straws and those were perfect for this. I can't knock it for not having the straws though. I plan on taking this with me on every vacation. It makes it so much easier to get coconut water. Recommend.
