Always good . Smells so good when it's cooking

This is really good garlic and the fact that it's kept in water makes it easier to cook with. You have to let it drain a little bit so water doesn't hit hot oil, but I like the fact that I'm not adding any oil. It stays fresh long and it's a much better buy than what you'd find in the grocery store.

I do not like to cut garlic so I always purchase minced garlic in the jar! I use garlic a lot so this came in handy!
