I've been taking the Dr. Love ROAR Lion's Mane according to the suggested doses. The capsules make taking the doses very convenient. My wife made sure that they're third party tested, qualify for Good Manufacturing Practice, Gluten Free and meet Vegan food requirements. When it comes to purchasing supplements, I look for the effectiveness of the product, where it is manufactured and then, the cost of long term use. I feel pretty comfortable with this product. I've been taking two capsules every morning with a swallow of orange juice for the last 60 days. I didn't notice any improvement in my short term memory skills during the first 30-45 days... but surprisingly, in the last 15 days...I have noticed an improvement in my ability to remember where I set my keys, or where I put my cell phone (especially if I was focusing on doing multiple tasks at onetime). Maybe it's just focus... but it has been easier to remember things that allow me to save time and become more efficient during my day. I will continue to purchase and use this supplement to determine it's effectiveness... and see how much improvement I experience.
