Got this hat to shade my melon while at the baseball games. Solid construction and does the job.

This hat stands up to the wind and an infant yanking on the drawstring. Great sun coverage for my bald husband at the lake!

I have had this for many months now and one thing I can say is that it is built well. When mowing around my trees I crack my skull atleast twice a month. They say you learn from your mistakes but I throw that John Deere in 4th and zoom around like ole #3 at Bristol Motor Speedway every time knowing the trees are low and it results in a neck snapping skull crush half of the time....my point is, I've had this hat on every time it's happened and the hat is still in perfect condition. It does not nor does it claim to prevent concussions and I can concur. But it will hold up as you bleed out all over your lawn being drug around by your mower wondering where you left your beer.

I love wearing straw hats to keep cool when I'm fishing or farming. This has been the first one to last longer than 3 months, and I generally am just bad at taking care of things. It's been rained on multiple times, and flew out of the boat into salt water, but it's holding together perfectly well.

Like the look but started pieces are starting to flake off on top after a few uses

Bought as a gift and he LOVED it! I was impressed when I opened the box to wrap it. Sturdy and looks great! Extra wide brim.

The hat was very comfortable to wear, with cloth around the interior to cushion the fit.And it looks good (seller should have said that there's red, white and blue cloth under the brim)But if you're looking for a hot weather sun hat, for gardening, hiking or such this may not be the one to buy. The weave is very tight so air flow is minimal. In strong sunshine it gets quite hot and you have to remove it to cool off.

Love the fabric on the underside. It holds up when I go surfing behind the boat.
