If you’re someone who is careful with their phone and just wants a small level of protection against scratches and dings, this is the case for you. Case is nice and slim which preserves the look and feel of the material design of the phone. The magnets on the back are slim and durable. I actually kind of did the subtle branding too on the lower back of the case too.

I got the clear one, it’s smooth all around but grippy. I was going to keep my new phone case less but it turned out that it was quite slippery, especially the matte back. With this case it’s thin enough that it doesn’t add much bulk, and it actually looks bare from a foot away. My MagSafe accessories still work with it despite it not being a MagSafe case.. it’s held up in my car mount and charger, and has worked with all my wireless qi chargers. I just hope it doesn’t yellow.. it probably will but at least it’s cheap enough to replace within a year or so. I’m glad to find a case that doesn’t add a lot of its own design elements that distract from the aesthetics of the phone itself. It’s simple and lets the phone show itself off, fits perfectly. As for downsides, the buttons do have little openings in them so it might get a bit dirty. It also does collect finger prints so it’ll need to be cleaned occasionally.
