Another Great product from Kastking. The grip on this knife is amazing. It fits in your hand nicely and is a nice bright orange color. The blade is nice and stiff and sharp. Well made. Not like some other flimsy blades. The plastic sheath is well thought out, nice idea for splitting apart to keep it clean, also keeps the knife securely in place. The knife sharpener is a plus. The suction cup idea is nice but not sure how long it will last on the other hand it has a nice Carabiner clip that is nice to add a lanyard or clip it on your belt loop. All in all one of the best knifes I purchased. Not only is it intended for cutting up bait, I think it will make a great boning knife. Recommended Purchasing.

This knife is super sharp and of supreme quality. The delivery was super fast. Kastking you did it again! Never disappointed.

Sharp, and the handles are comfortable. The blade is a little bit stiff, but flexible enough to fillet the fish. Nice case as well, which opens for cleaning. Well worth the money.

Arrived in great condition, sharp and great length. The handle is larger than expected but gladly it fits my hand perfectly. Glad that the suction cup is removable. High quality blade that gets the job done.

sharp and feels good in the hand

I purchased this knife after losing my other fillet knife in a river. I picked this one specifically for filleting king salmon. I was shocked with the size and sharpness upon arrival. It does not have the same flexibility as most fillet knifes but I think it’s purpose is best suited for large fish, such as salmon. Additionally, I plan to use this knife when processing deer and other large game animals. The knife feels durable in hand and is a full tang blade. The sheath comes with carabiner, knife sharpener, and is designed to open apart for internal cleaning - all of which I’ve never seen on a sheath and very much appreciate. For the price, and assuming you’re in the market for a 9” fillet knife, you can’t go wrong.
