I had been looking for suitable magnesium for a long time due to the recommendation of a neurologist. The difference between the previous day when I took magnesium of another brand and did not feel anything particular and the day when I first tried Magnesium breakthrough was really very noticeable, this is why I believe that the difference is in the quality of the supplement.It was also noticeable on a very bright and active day when I forgot to take my Magnesium breakthrough pills in the evening, that I could not fall asleep as quickly as before on the days when I took my evening magnesium.I take it in the evening, both 2 capsules, since it clearly has a calming effect.On days of very intense workload, I can sometimes take an extra capsule at midday time to keep my brain from going too fast to the point where it becomes difficult to fall asleep in the evening. The specialist I consulted with said that this is acceptable and does not create a risk of overdose, but helps maintain balance.This is my second bottle of Magnesium breakthrough, and I will order again, as it obviously works.

A biological dentist recommended this product because it provides seven types of magnesium and so if my body didn't take up one form, another type was available. My quality of sleep has improved and elimination in the morning feels comfortable.

These pills are way over the recommended safe dosage for both males and females and should really be removed from Amazon UK. They gave me horrible insomnia, nausea and a racing heartbeat for over 12 hours. I tried a couple of times over a few nights with both a single or x2 pill dose to make sure it wasn’t anything else. I have ME/CFS and was looking for a natural sleeping aid but I would absolutely avoid if you have you CFS, made my muscle weakness and fatigue so much worse and left me in bed days longer than usual does for me to recover.

Hard to know what health benefits these provide but you can’t escape that they seem very expensive for the suggested double dose, basically £30/month. I’ve actually stopped using them as a result.
