Best tasting gluten free mix. I have tried everything under the sun to make GF bread and biscuits. Let me tell you, this is where it stops. All of Bob's products are amazing. These werent overly dense, they crumbled like a real biscuit and the flavor was bomb. Instructions are simple and will never go back to anything else.

It made great biscuits for strawberry shortcakes! I haven’t tried the pancakes yet.

These are good biscuits and they have ingredients you can add to make them biscuits with different flavors. They do tend to be dry even if you brush with butter. I make mine smaller so they aren't so delicate and crumble so easily.
