The price was fantastic so I decided to give this unit a chance. I loved that there were NO rollers at the bottom of the unit. Those little rollers always hurt my feet more than they help, yet more and more foot baths are being produced with rollers (often ones that are not removable). I was very surprised that I thoroughly enjoyed the large reflexology, optional roller in the middle of this unit. I found myself frequently lifting my wet feet to use it-- even though I was a little concerned since it's so close to the power button. The splash guard would become loose but it never came off. I didn't really need it though because there is so little water that can be put in this unit. It doesn't cover the top of my feet. The bubbles are relaxing but not the strongest I've felt. The heat/water tempering kept the water warmish for the 45 minutes I used the unit. I started with hot water and never had to add hot water like I do with other units, but this unit certainly did not maintain the water temperature I started with. Overall, for the price I paid, I am so keeping this. ;)

It works but its awkward and spills easily. The teno is not high and the vibration is weak. Oh and the rollers are crap and unusable.All in all i would spend a bit more and get a better one.

I loved the device easy to use and met my expectations for foottherapy i recommend it.

The Foot Bath' Did not work for me. I am nearly 84 years old and my feet are so sensitive. I would have sent the foot bath sooner. If I could have tried the bath at a earlier time. You would have received it back at a earlier date.Sincerely, E.Ratel

This item was purchased for my Aunt. It is simple to use and met all her expectations.

Sharp pins in the bottom, the massage parts are way too sharp, like puppy teeth. The heating function doesn't do anything, it says it's intended to maintain the temperature but I put heated bathtub temperature water in the basin and it was cold 10 minutes later on the heat setting. The tub is very shallow, doesn't cover the top of your foot before overflowing.

Waited quite sometime for it to arrive and was excited to use. It was very loud like a vacuum and the temperature controls didn’t work properly. The splash guard did not secure properly and kept falling off. Sending product back.
