Over all this product seems to be made well. The bulbs however. Guys if you can improve your manufacturing of the bulbs or pay someone else to make it. Do that. Because the bulbs suck. More about that later.I ordered a set of two. Had them break fairly quickly. WELL within a year. Mind you, I use them only when i go outside. They are on a switch. So the are usually only on for 15 -30 mins tops. So anyway Both of them break on both lanterns. Second one within a week of the other. Get on customer service. They responded SO quickly! it was great! Told the person I had ordered a set of two. Said they BOTH broke and that I needed replacements. Guys was like cool send me your order info and address. Package comes quickly. However, There is only one bulb in the package. Got back on the email. Replied and said there must have been a mistake. There is only one sent in this package. No reply. A week or so later. I'm like "Ok... maybe they just haven't gotten around to it. Ill try again. No reply.... So now im annoyed. I believe I tryed another time? but really, should I have had to at that point? SO, the customer service seems good at responding one time only. pfft.Pros: Lamps are made well with solid construction.Cons: BULBS are stupid terrible. Don't last long and when replacements come back they still rattle. PHYSICALLY jiggle! ridiculous. (Didn't think I had forgotten to talk about those bulbs again? did ya? :P)CUSTOMER service only seems to tolerate one message/ call from you. xD bad.Small note for the manufacturer/ seller here. Your lucky I can't give 0 star reviews. Honestly, if the body wasn't so nice looking and well make. It should have been 0 stars.

We have a lot of bugs, and both of these will regularly fill up with 6 million new bugs every night!One bulb went out after a day, but the seller sent a replacement after an email with no fuss and the new one has been working fine since. Very responsive and quick on solution.My only problem, and it isn't a huge deal, is that you have to use a screw driver to remove and empty the bug corpse collector on the bottom. I would prefer something that just had a latch or something for simpler cleaning. So disposing of the evidence is more difficult than I would like, but that's alright because we can still make sure no one ever finds the mass bug graves.

I bought these bug zappers with hesitancy because I read some previous reviews that said they were cheap and flimsy, but I have not been disappointed. They do what they should do, kill the bugs around my porch. They are lightweight plastic, but they're meant to kill bugs. They don't need to be heavy to do that. I am pleased with them.

They will not warranty the bulb at 11 months even though they should do not buy

This is the third time we purchased similar products - living in Florida with lots of rain, there are lots of mozquitoes and bugs to contend with, so these lamps are a must. The work well inside and out, we just cannot go without them.

Good quality product but I it doesn’t seem to do anything to mosquitos. I live near the Everglades where bugs rule and I didn’t see a difference with mosquito control.

Easy to set up and use but bugs get stuck to zapper and soon becomes ineffective and useless until cleaned.
