Made a big difference using this rather then my kitchen aid mixer. We use this after we've used our grinder (VEVOR Electric Meat Grinder, 551 Lbs/Hour 850W Meat Grinder Machine, 1.16 HP Electric Meat Mincer with 2 Grinding Plates, Sausage Kit Set Meat Grinder Heavy Duty Home Kitchen & Commercial Use ).

Great Stufferq, Great product
Very nice stuffer, nice and big. When you make sausage in 25lbs batches this is a very big and smooth operating stuffer. We have the Hakka smaller stuffer ibelive its a 7lbs one, and up graded. We use it making Brats, cheddar cheese brats and jalapeño cheddar cheese brats and it work's great. I recently purchased the Hakka pattie maker and it works great together.5 stars, fast shipping, great products

Awesome Stuffer
Had mine for 3 years now and use it to fill ground meat bags, stuff brats, and sausage sticks. Have done 4 deer, 1 elk, and 2 antelope so far. Saves a ton of time and works greats!

Sides flexed and bent during first session.
I like everything about this stuffer except how thin and cheap the sides are. During our first run, making snack sticks, we hear a loud bang, the side has flexed and the bracket to hold the bucket, is no longer in contact. We remedied the problem with a piece wood to support the bucket, but for this price, it should just work!!! Cutting costs in manufacturing once again hurts the consumer.

Wet your Meats!
Extremely happy with the product but we figured out how it will fail if something goes wrong. We used this for about 300lbs of pork sausage when we noticed the bolts that the chamber holds on to started to bend out of their original alignment. After another 100 lbs or so something gave and the chamber popped off of the bolts holding everything in place and made one hell of a pop. A ratchet strap around the entire unit will keep everything tight now. Do not run any really cold meat through this thing to stuff brats and snack sticks. Make sure you add some water to the meat to help it flow nicely. Would definitely purchase again. Having the ability to put 1 25 lb batch of brat meat into the stuffer is amazing and it saves a ridiculous amount of time.

Stuff it!
Don't know how I ever made sausage without it. Had been using a KA mixer to grind, and stuff which required at least 3 hands and was slow and painful. With this stuffer, I was able to stuff 6lbs of bratwurst by myself in about 5 minutes.6lbs of meat fit into the cylinder without about 1 inch to spare, so it could hold close to 7lbs depending on density. Plan on 5+ to be safe. After ordering, I realized the difference between this stuffer and the Hakka Stainless Steel stuffer (other than the paint) is the tubes. This has plastic tubes while the other has stainless tubes. I thought that might be a problem, but the plastic offered no noticeable resistance when stuffing. If you're trying to decide between a horizontal or vertical stuffer, consider these points:1) The horizontal needs to be located near the edge of a table, or elevated on a platform several inches high, to allow rotation of the crank arm.2) The crank arm on the horizontal is lower, which might make it more comfortable for vertically challenged people, or those with bad shoulders.3) The horizontal has a lower center of gravity, so it is very stable. I did not clamp it to the counter when stuffing, and it did not move or wobble at all.
