Brilliant little tablet.
A great quality product and at a very good price. Size. Is just right (especially for carrying around with the provided strap). Love the rugged case with carry handle and stand which makes it great for working on the move. Fast, good battery life and easy to set up and use. I'm very happy with this purchase and it's exactly as advertised and just what I wanted. The fact that it's a Windows tablet makes it an even better option to have.

Great for Schoolwork – Rugged and Reliable!
Bought this Fusion5 Rugged Tablet PC for my son to use at home for schoolwork, and it’s been excellent. The sturdy build means I don’t have to worry about accidental drops or spills, and it handles his educational apps and assignments without any issues. The screen is bright and responsive, and the battery life easily lasts through long study sessions. It’s a solid, dependable tablet so far

good replacement
Bought this pad to replace my pad I use at work for vehicle diagnostics an upgrade that was needed due to windows 11 rejecting my old pad, seems to work ok not had any issues, screen Rez is ok, build quality is ok for the price would recommend

Fusion5 rugged Windows 11 tablet.
Good solid Windows tablet. Reasonably fast processing. Responsive touch screen. Quality, clear, bright, sharp images. Battery life is a little disappointing compared to Android. That said capable for everything I'll ever need it for. Hope the longevity proves to be a feature. Happy with the value relative to the cost.

BRILLIANT technology!
I purchased a Fusion5 Rugged primarily for programming door access control systems whilst walking around commercial buildings. What BRILLIANT technology - great value for money! So well designed, light and easy to hold with one hand, leaving my other hand free for the technical stuff. The touchscreen is bright and very responsive and the battery life is great too! I was surprised how fast I've been able to multi-task. At my desk, I've been emailing and web browsing using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. When finished, I just pop it into my rucksack and off I go!

Poor battery
Battery life is terrible. When in use it lasts about 90-120 mins if lucky. In standby it will last for days. This is with all available efficiency power active.

Its ok but not brilliant ok but can be slow
I find it a bit slow. It has Windows 11 Home edition that I upgraded to Pro. Good for basic browsing or things like YouTube, but I find mine struggles with browser-based games. I get around this by using RDP to stream my main computer to it when I'm at home. The display is good, and the case is also good; a better processor would make it a brilliant tablet.

An excellent bit of kit
An excellent bit of kit, does exactly what its supposed to and the ruggedisation is spot on. We use these in challenging environments and have never been let down, hot, cold, wet and sand/dust are no problem. We have used others and been let down or felt disappointed but this ticks all boxes.

I wanted to like this device. It has a good form factor, running Windows 11, with a reasonable amount of memory and storage. I opted for the ruggedized model since I'm clumsy. I worked with the device for several days but decided to return it. Setup was easy. You'll have to download a fair number of updates. If you're coming from an Android Phone based experience, or even a Windows 11 PC experience, you may want to re-consider your needs related to a touch-screen tablet. I found the device to be heavy (likely due to the hard outter ruggedized shell); slow performing; and just difficult to use due to Windows 11 - its really not optimized for a tablet/phone like experience. The main concern is that very few appliations are availabe in the Microsoft App Store and you have to run them as a full standing website! Ugh! Newspapers like Wall Street Journal and New York Times discontinued their Windows apps versions, so you have to load the full site under a browser and scroll around to find stuff. Ugh! Things like Bluesky or Facebook - nope, no app. If you're doing anything with audio (like Duolingo), the speakers are not all that loud at full volume - you'll need ear buds. Again, I think the device itself is pretty decent overall - however, I wouldn't suggest the heavy ruggedized version unless you're on a job site, and the Win 11 performance and design is slow and clumsy in comparison to a mobile experience. This isn't a streamlined casual user experience unless you need primarily a full fledged website experience.

Tablet is a great lower tier device, will do what you need but expect it to NOT be like a gaming computer in performance. If you don't have a PD outlet on your power brick, you are stuck with slow charging through an older style cylindrical power cable (think old timey flip phone or earlier). The rugged case is just that, rugged and tough.

Seems to be a good tablet so far. Low battery life, but everything else seems good.
