This device arrived on time and works perfectly. It was simple to set up (literally plug and play), works fab with Windows Hello and has never not read my fingerprint.

This fingerprint arrived and at first I had no issues with it as in it was working perfectly fine scanning and everything but when you accidentally remove the fingerprint on your PC afterward it just doesn't work it just keeps on saving something went wrong and so you have to plug it into another USB not to mention this feels like a breach product since I got a message saying some parts of my information got breached which I don't know if that is true or not nothing important got breached but still I do not recommend this product!

Pretty much Plug & Play with windows 10, is great to be able to log into accounts with our fingers quickly. Doesn't matter what account is currently selected, just turn your PC onto the login screen, put your finger on the reader and it'll automatically choose and log onto the correct user account. I had a problem with my main windows account which for whatever reason causes problems with my Oculus Rift. Works well easy install windows 11 Pro plug in and set up was straight forward no issues so far,ability to set up.multiple fingerprints as well quick delivery all good .

Simple plug and play. Works perfect on my Windows 10 laptop. Have not had any issues at all with it. Reads fingerprint instantly. Would recommend.

The instructions to update the drivers says:- Open Device Manager/Other Devices/ELAN:Fingerprint, except in device Manger the device shown is "FocalTech FingerPrint" tried the suggestion to search for alternative driver, but none are shown. So far my pc reconises the device is ther and does nothing, no offer to put in fingerprints, which can be used to authorise thing later. TOTALLY USELESS DEVICE.

Works fine, had a few issues getting Windows to see the device as a fingerprint device for Windows Hello login - tracked it down to drivers not installing correctly so a quick visit to their support website to grab the latest drivers fixed that. Had a couple of them now, there seems to be a bit of an issue with the plastic surround you grip hold of when you plug the thing into a USB port coming loose from the USB plug and the fingerprint sensor (just slides down the USB connector). It's noting major and you can just move it back into position, but it's a bit disappointing on the quality control side of things. Happens more and more with age, but you can mostly put up with it and it's not expensive to replace if you have to.

1. Problem Win 10 erkennt den sensor nicht. Nach bisschen googeln findet man schnell den passenden Treiber. Einrichtung geht fix und wer ein Smartphone mit Fingerabdruck entsperrt kennt das Prozedere beim einrichten. Das entsperren geht recht schnell aber ab und an ist der sensor ein bisschen kleinlich was die Position des Fingers angeht.

I've only just received it so longevity is still in the air. But on my Win10 system plugged it in and it installed drivers, then was able to go to sign-in options and setup finger right away no errors no misreads, flawless. would recommend for any computer that doesn't have a windows hello compatible device.
