Cheap solution, but USB 2.0 devices don't work
Fantastic product - however, it was not able to see USB 2.0 devices on its ports (I tried a Logitech Unifying Receiver, and a Logitech G430 headset and neither was recognized, but my USB 3.0 video adapter was instantly discovered on both usb ports).I ended up daisy chaining this with 7 in 1 USB C HUB to allow for 2 monitors (in addition to my Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 laptop screen - 3 screens in extended mode) and this easily accepted my USB 2.0 devices.

tested and works with the new Microsoft Surface Go
no need to spend more $$ on others hub, this one works great. i tested it on Microsoft Surface Go, it connects to HDMI monitor, able to use wired internet, and i connect my Samsung Galaxy Note8 to it on the USB port, Surface Go able to access and see it no problem.
