I have been taking this product for 2 weeks and can say it’s helping me sleep better which I am attributing to less stress. Lost my job in January and have been sleeping horribly waking up 3-4 times a night. I started taking the cortisol capsules and I didn’t notice anything until 5 or 6 days into taking it. I noticed I was sleeping better at night. For the past week and half, I have only been waking up 1 time a night and feel more rested during the day and relaxed. I will provide another update in a month but happy with the way this product is working.

I’ve been using this product for about a week now, and I started to really feel the difference around day 3. I found that two pills worked better than one for me. It really helped me relax and get a full night’s rest without feeling groggy the next day like I’d normally be with other OTC medications. This might seem silly, but I also love that it doesn’t smell bad! A lot of supplements have a stinky odor, but these are really neutral smelling. It’s not a giant pill either, so it’s easy to take. I have used this product at night for 3 nights. I was having difficulty sleeping prior to using this product. So far I feel well rested. I do believe it assists with weight control as each morning since I have a bowel movement. Too soon to see weight loss but I believe it helps with relaxation and sleep.
