Tea Sommelier: A Step-by-Step Guide

This book is in a sort of informative poster and chart style, which is how I enjoy learning. Casually and in smaller and visual chunks. Each topic has a graphic or illustration good for those new to tea or those wanting to know everything about tea without reading dry college text style books. The wide range of topics is nice.As with most subjects and especially with tea, certain details are debatable. For example, the book explains that much caffeine can be removed from tea if you toss the first roughly one minute's steeping out and then make another batch. People who say they know a lot about tea state that's a myth, and cite studies of how it's not always true. Yet, it is a good thing to consider trying some time if handy.If I were teaching a class, there are pages of this book I would want to pass around. I imagine I'll keep it handy to show my friends as I explain all about what I've learned.I would say it's a good coffee table book, but hey! It's a good TEA table book instead!

This book is very detailed and it covers a vast array of subjects relating to tea. It seriously is a must have reference book.

Mas estou satisfeita com minha compra mesmo assim! É um livro tão lindo que chega a ser decorativo, um ótimo presente para apaixonados por chá.
