I use the rounded part with my free-up. I rub the rounded part over the Free-up. Gives my back a nice massage. Plus takes away my pain. I've used the suction part for other pain which helps. I just ordered another set to make sure I have an extra set. Great product.

These silicone cupping cups are super soft and comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest — I couldn’t quite get the suction I was hoping for, but that may very well be user error and part of the learning curve. That said, I still prefer these over glass cups. Overall, a nice set — just be prepared to practice a bit to get the hang of it. I’d recommend them, especially if you want a gentler alternative to glass.

I use these for my 7 yr old, she goes to PT and they had recommended it for her. She finds it comfortable because you can control the amount of suction it gives. I feel that it has helped her. This could also be used for sore muscles n such, my husband loves that for pain relief. It is a thick silicon so I imagine that it will be long lasting and durable.

The large one works perfectly for my back, while the medium and small sizes are great for shoulders. The smallest one is perfect for targeting specific points on arms and legs — it’s amazing! Highly recommend!
