I hope they never discontinue these
I can't wear the earphones that stick in your ear. Even with the smallest rubber pad, they hurt my ears. Especially if I lay down. This style is the only type I can tolerate. The sound isn't too bad for the style. And they don't hurt my ears. I try to buy a few at a time. I use them in bed, often falling asleep with them on. So occasionally, after a year or so, I might get a short where the cable meets the ear piece. But I often fall asleep, roll over, and they probably get pulled. I usually cut one ear side off for my bed headphones so they don't get tangled

These headphones are NOT all about that bass
I bought these assuming that the sound quality would be decent (because they're made by Sony) but not amazing (because they're so inexpensive). However, I had to return them after one use because they have NO bass. The sound quality is tinnier than a "disposable" earbud I got for free from a tour guide. Very disappointed.

Stays in ear much better than others
Earbuds are really a personal preference item. Some that other people love you might hate those, but for me and my son these are great. I like to wear them and just get to work so I do not want earbuds that come out super easy. These you rotate when you put them in and they move into place and that makes them stay in better. They are not squishy like some brands and if you want that these are not for you.

One pair broke after only a couple weeks of use.
When the product came apart and an attempt was made to try to pop it back together, it broke completely. Is there a way to get a free replacement? Please advise.

Decrease in quality
I have purchased these before, but this most recent time the sound quality is drastically worse than any other time I have purchased them. I had an older set of this exact brand/type (also purchased via Amazon) that was wearing out and compared it against the new pair I just bought. The old, glitching set sounded much better than the new one, which was very tinny and soft. I'm incredibly disappointed in the decrease in quality.
