Nice compact size
Good size compact oven to fit on my small countertop that I was looking for to replace my other oven that stopped working after almost 5 years. It is easy to operate for my 100 year old dad so we’re happy. Since we don’t have kids in the house we disabled the lock which is easy to do. It’s not the white color inside the oven but that’s ok it’s not super jet black either. It’s working nicely for our needs, Warming liquids and solids too.

Great microwave ! Much more power than my last one and nicer features. On sale for only under $100.00 using Prime with delivery at my home. I tried ordering through Walmart. They were out of stock on microwaves. Glad they were !

This is a sharp looking microwave.
Just installed under-cabinet microwave. Super detailed instructions with templates. You really cant ask for better. I did watch a YouTube video on another microwave installation just to be safe, but easy as pie. Other than the small barely noticeable dent (from the shipping) that happened when they accidentally punched a massive hole in the box. Its looks sharp, seems to work like a champ and required no adjustment of the fan because its already assembled in recirculation mode. I'm a big fan of the adjustability of the over stove light (high/low) but with the fan had one more setting other than "high/low". Great looking product so far. Excellent/Impressive Microwave!
We couldn't have imagined ordering this certain product online but our other one (20 yr old Kenmore) finally gave up the ghost and all the box stores had to order (at least 2 wks out). It's the best thing we took a chance on and my husband and I are so happy with the purchase so far. We rec'd it within 2 days and had we installed it the next day. Thank you Amazon for getting it to us so quickly, (with holidays going on). The installation was not the easiest but my hubby can fix and install just about anything, so...no big deal. It will take 2 people (mainly to steady it in place). We started with warming up our coffee and cooking a bag of popcorn. Worked great! The unit was so quiet and we found that a real plus. The fan has 2 speeds which was pretty loud but tolerable. The lighting over the stove was super helpful and the inside being white, let us see everything as it was working. Love the new unit and hope it lasts for a very long time. By the way...the price was super as well. We highly recommend this microwave.

Died after 2 1/2 months; customer service is a nightmare; NOT WORTH IT
Purchased 11/14/25 and on 2/7/26, not even 3 months later, it overheated itself and died 30 seconds into a mundane task of heating a frozen burrito. Became a complete brick afterwards—it must’ve fried something internally. This was bad enough, but the customer service in trying to rectify this has been a nightmare. 1) contacted Amazon first. As the item was just passed its return window, I needed to contact black and decker by emailing Spectrum brands. 2) Cool. I emailed the link provided. 3) A week later, they reply asking me to follow a link to an online form where I am to provide details about the malfunctions product. I fill it out, noting the specific model # wasn’t a selection in the drop down menu on that form. 4) A few days later, they reply that specific model isn’t one they cover and I need to call Black and Decker directly via the phone number provided. 5) I call the number and navigate the phone tree to get to the appropriate division (customer service for kitchen appliances). 6) The person I spoke to took my information and ultimately informed me that this is not a product they, Spectrum Services, cover, and that I need to call Black and Decker directly. 7) Me: …you mean THIS number I’m already calling? I received an email from Spectrum Services that said exactly what you did—call the company directly—and gave me this number. 8) Them: “You were told to call Black and Devker directly and they gave you this number?!” “Yes.” “I’m sorry, it shouldn’t have. You need to go to the Black and Decker website…” me: “No.” Okay, a bit curt, but I was beyond over this. 9) I tried calling the provided number again and this time chose a different phone tree option that got me to a live person. They were finally able help with my case. (Midia support is their name, BTW). They emailed me instructions that included requests for photos of receipt/proof of purchase (including model #, date, total sale, photo of serial number) and a video demonstrating it doesn’t work. I just finished sending all that info over to them, so we shall see. I was told initially that after I sent them the info, they would review it (takes a few weeks) and if approved, will send me a check in another month or two. A long drawn out—and flawed—process that pretty clearly seems focused on getting the customer to give up and cease trying to recover their money. Keep this in mind when buying a cheap appliance on Amazon, even when it’s a name brand. I recommend buying in person at Best Buy or similar if at all possible. Caveat emptor.

Great size for smaller spaces. Works perfect, heats fast and is so much quieter then our previous microwave. You can barely hear it when it’s running.
