Why did I wait so long to buy a nice kitchen tool? This is an amazing product that works so well! It’s comfortable and so easy to use.

It’s sharp be careful. I like the fact that you can replace the blade with new ones. I used to have an OXO serrated peeler and it used to clog up when peeling carrots or potatoes. This blade makes peeling so much quicker.

I’ve been using multiple peelers but this one is a top notch quality. It peel so smooth. Yes, it’s on pricier side but the blade is detachable and can be sharpened.

This is the best peeler I have bought. I noticed the screws were getting loose so I tightened them. Then it worked just fine. However I did end up losing a screw and buying another peeler. If it starts to not peel very well, tighten up the screws. Screws are available at your local hardware store

This is nice, smooth and easy to clean. Fits good in the drawer and feels nice and sturdy in the hand. Not cheap feeling. Has lasted me over a year plus so far and just as new as the day it arrived.

This is the third Rösle Crosswise Swivel Peeler that I have purchased. After buying my initial one, for my own use and over the objections of my wife who thought $25 was too much for a mere potato peeler, I have since bought one for my daughter and one for a daughter-in-law. It seems that not only did my wife come around once we got the peeler, but the other women in my family developed peeler envy. Anyway, what you need to know about this kitchen gadet is that it works GREAT. No more peeling away much of the potato, no more wrestling with flimsy plastic peelers, no more worrying about cutting off a finger with a kitchen knife. The Rösle is a quality gadget that gets the job done cleanly and quickly with minimal waste. It has some heft and fits easily in the hand. It makes peeling potatoes--or lots of other veggies--downright fun. Even my granddaughter quickly and flawlessly removed the peeling from Thanksgiving dinner potatoes. OK, I know, I know, it's JUST A POTATO PEELER, but trust me when I tell you this is a special one that's well worth the price. And like I said, it can be used to peel lots of veggies other than potatoes, though its potato-focus is made clear by a little tab on the peeler that is useful for removing the eyes found in potatoes. This is, I'm sure, the world's greatest potato peeler. If it's not, there must be one out there that peels all by itself.

Si quieres un pelador de patatas, zanahoria, pepino, esparragos, este va a ser el tuyo. Vale la pena gastarse un poco mas por este producto de gran calidad. Me he comprado este para la casa de verano, el que tengo en mi casa habitual lo tengo desde hace mas de 15 años y esta como nuevo. Es una de mis herramientas favoritas en la ‘mis en place’ en la cocina. Es muy resistible y lo mejor de todo, lo puedes meter en el lavavajillas.

c'est un éplucheur très efficace, idéal pour les mains rhumatisantes. Mais surveiller la lame qui parfois se détache. Ne pas perdre la petite vis!!!

Use it for citrus zests when making cocktails. Really sharp blade and produces perfect thickness.

Rosle make great quality, functional stuff and this is no exception. The blade is replaceable too. The fact it comes off means it can be sharpened instead of replaced if you so desired but I've had it over a year and it still peels effortlessly so whether I ever need to take the blade off to sharpen or replace appears unikely. Confident it will last a lifetime
