Still works, hard working vacuum for dog owner. We do not use the mop. Does well and sucks up a lot of pet hair. It’s a good vacuum to keep up with keeping pet hair in check. Vacuum is named Robbie!

I’ve been using the ZC WAS Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo (model BR151‑SC) for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m happy with it — especially for the price. ✅ Vacuum + mop combo: It handles dust, crumbs, and light stains well. I love that it vacuums and mops in one go — my floors definitely stay cleaner now. ✅ Scheduling and app: I use the app and the remote to schedule cleanings when I’m not home. It also works with Alexa, which is a nice bonus. ✅ Slim and quiet: It fits under furniture easily and doesn’t make too much noise while running. ⚠️ Downsides: • It gets stuck or bumps into chair legs a lot, especially in my dining area. I usually have to lift or move chairs before letting it run. • It also occasionally misses some spots if there are too many obstacles. • The mop works well for light cleaning, but don’t expect deep scrubbing. 🔎 Overall: If you’re looking for an affordable robot that vacuums and mops, this one is a solid choice. Just be ready to prep your space a little so it doesn’t get stuck all the time. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars for that reason.

Really gets the job done!

I’ve had it with this thing. The cleaning pad never stays in place. Ever. I did the stupid and purchased extra pads right away. I’ve followed instructions to the letter but to no avail. So now it’s basically trash because I wasn’t looking for another robot vacuum, I was looking for something that would wipe up the floor once in awhile. What a waste.

Works super well! However it only will run for 10 minutes before going back to charge itself.

This is an amazing product. I have owned other robot vacs, but this one has three times the power and speed. However, I was going to return it, but I have changed my mind and will deal with the one problem. The problem is that I have a braided rug on my living room floor, and even though it is not thin and has edge binding, the vacuum is so powerful that it grabs the corners that aren't secured and gets tangled. I will place objects on the corners before vacuuming to secure them. I didn't deduct a star because it is otherwise a great vacuum, and I got a great deal.

The little guy is good for cleaning up during the week before you come around and put in a little elbow grease on the weekend. We haven't tried the mopping feature yet but it's done a great job as a vacuum. The only downside so far, and why we removed a star, is it doesn't let you know when it's full. It'll just keep "cleaning" without picking stuff up. We have to empty it every two rooms.

He has a mind of his own but he gets the job done.
