So far this frame is wonderful. Easy to use. Wanted to use it in landscape but pics from phone fill frame turned up. I was able to set the hours I wanted it to run. Very satisfied.

When I first received this frame and uploaded photos, I thought I would likely return it, however I stuck with it and played with the options on the remote and now I am in love and likely will purchase another one. Pros: Size is awesome! We decided to place it vertically vs landscape. Both positions look great with certain photos. -connecting to wifi was easy and no problems maintaining connection -Vphoto app at app store appears to be maintained with regular bug fixes - Have not had the issues other reviewers have had with the app. So far uploads are smooth with no issues ( including uploading several photos at once) - pics are beautiful in the frame, of course if its not a clear picture it will reflect in the pic clarity on the frame, however still looks ok -family members can easily upload to the frame if they download the VPhoto app and add your frame via code -option for pleasant sound notification when a photo is added -scheduling option to turn frame on or off -sound volume option. Sound quality for video is acceptable -64 G internal storage and you can upload lots of photos & videos, likely more than you will ever need -SD Card & USB option for your stored pics -can easily be placed on the wall with the included hardware -can easily delete & fit pics to frame via the remote -slide show option with ability to customize the intervals. I have mine at 30 seconds as I found 1+ minutes was a bit long Cons: -not a touch frame- don't lose the remote! You will need it! - you will have to be a bit patient and troubleshoot as you familiarize yourself with the remote & frame, but its worth it! Smaller touch frames are easier to customize however then you don't have the larger size of this frame. I bought this mainly for the size. Initially I was a bit frustrated as I was use to the touch option of a smaller frame from a different brand, however after trouble shooting for a bit, I was in love with this frame -instructions are not great. Be prepared to play with the remote and discover the options to customize on your own -there is no cordless option for wall display, therefore you will have a visible cord and you need to have a plug available, however from my research there are no cordless battery digital frames available anywhere. The cord is black however there are options on the market available to "hide" cords so it isn't so stark on your wall Overall I am very happy with the frame and will likely purchase a second one . I planned to give this frame 4 stars however once you figure it out and despite the small number of cons, the size and quality alone makes it 5 star

This frame has been better than I'd expected. The size is absolutely terrific. Prior to this, we'd only had the 8x10 and 5x7ish versions; they were great, but nothing compared to this. While we're really enjoying it overall, I can't give it 5 stars for a few reasons: 1) The remote control's wheel is lousy. From the get go, the attempt to navigate right and up rarely works. It's maddening, but I didn't want to hassle with sending the whole thing back just because of a crappy remote. 2) Though you're supposed to be able to share photos via email, that function isn't working. It's linked to my email, the photos show they've been sent, yet they never make it to the frame. 3) Interface could be easier to navigate, group photos, etc. Additionally, would be nice to be able to edit the view while on a photo (zoom or crop to a particular area of the photo and save it while on the frame). So far, all of this type of editing has had to be accomplished before ever sending the photo to the app. Takes a fair amount of trial and error (sending multiple versions of pics) before the final version that looks best on frame is achieved. Worth it in the end, but it is tedious initially. 4) Colors, while pretty good, definitely lack the depth and contrast of the originals. But for this price range, I think it's probably as good as you'll get. I'd expect to have to pay double or more to improve on this. One recommendation, when you do upload your photos, try and group them into folders from the get go. In my case, I have hundreds all in one folder, and I'm not able to pull some from that folder and move into a different one. Instead, I'd have to start the whole upload process again. Anyhow, I have thought it would be nice to have separate photos with family, separate ones for each trip/destination. Then, we could play photos from a particular folder on a given day. As it is, it's not uncommon that I find I'm seeing some of the same photos most days and missing others. Those I'm missing would come up more frequently were there not so many photos in a single rotation. Again, food for thought when you're uploading pics. Despite those few hang ups, we're happy we have this frame. When reading reviews ahead of time, it seemed like most frames in this price range had some similar issues or other idiosyncrasies of their own. As to size, though, I can't recommend this size enough. It's been brilliant! And being able to store hundreds of photos on the frame has meant we're enjoying pictures we hadn't seen in years. This is when the display size is most remarkable--the clear picture brings eyes and other facial features to life. We can remember just what it was like to hold our kids when they were that size, the mischief in our dog's eyes, for the first time really see our baby's dimple as she smiles at her grandparent... it's remarkable! So many unexpected joys. Highly recommend.

Three stars for the idea and picture quality. The frame does what it is supposed to do, but the remote (which should have a lot of functionality) does not work well at all. Some buttons don't connect and others are a very hard press to get them to work, and sometimes they still don't work. I have asked for a replacement remote and am waiting for an answer. Depending on how this goes, I would change my rating to more or less stars. Edited down to 1 star because the company has not responded to my concerns (contacted them directly).
