Lap time fine, keys should be darker
Great laptop except letters on the keys were very light. Really couldn’t ser them. Had to buy a keyboard skin and that solved the problem

Solid budget laptop for everyday use
I bought this laptop for my brother in school. This laptop is perfect for basic tasks like web browsing, streaming Netflix, Microsoft Office, email, and light multitasking. Boots up fast thanks to the SSD, and the touchscreen is responsive and handy for scrolling or navigating Windows 11 – feels more intuitive than a regular screen. Build feels sturdy in natural silver, keyboard is comfortable for typing, and battery lasts 6-7 hours for my mixed use. Performance is snappy for the price – no lag on multiple tabs or Zoom calls. Main downside: The 128GB storage is limited. After Windows updates and a few apps, you’re left with about 70-80GB free. I added cloud storage (OneDrive) right away and manage files carefully – if you download a lot, consider external drive or higher storage model. Overall, excellent value for students, home office, or casual users. Not for gaming or heavy editing, but spot-on for daily essentials!

Bought as a graduation gift for my son graduating college and it has fit the purpose! Made it through 1st semester with no issues - great value!

Super easy to set up, one thing I wanted the google chrome to be the main page search, I couldn't get it to do that the Microsoft and msn took over. I probably should of slowed down when I first opened and turned on anything. I didn't need the touch screen but I like it. The laptop is very slender, I like the screen size, cord length is nice, its a great buy for a HP.

I picked this up for Black Friday on sale for only $229. What an Awesome deal!! This HP has a big 15.6 inch HD Touchscreen Display. It's great for basic computing like word processing,web browsing ,watching YouTube,Movies ,shopping online. *This is not the kind of computer to buy for gaming or heavy photo editing. Pros: -lightweight, stylish case.looks beautiful -touch screen -AMD Ryzen 3 7320U, - 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, - - Windows 11 Home in S Mode, -Natural Silver looks nice I love the touch screen!! Cons: -built in non replaceable battery -No SD card slot. -486mb graphic card is not good for advanced gaming

Good Laptop, Microsoft Office Subscription is Needed :/
I bought this after my other laptop of 6 years finally died. This laptop works well. I’m primarily using it for everyday life stuff (bills, classes, entertainment, etc.) it’s very lightweight and easy to use. My ONLY gripe is the Microsoft OS. I paid for the computer and its subsequent software but I have to subscribe to use Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. I refuse to do so and it’s quite aggravating because you’re effectively locked out of the Microsoft ecosystem if you don’t subscribe for the Office Product. Google is free, I’m not a fan of their use of AI and their lax rules towards data privacy but it is free
