Hard to say if stuff like this actually works, especially since I'm already taking a bunch of other vitamins and such for the gym. But it seems to have a lot of good stuff in it, and I've never tried this particular thing before. No bad side effects, so that's good. It might just a placebo effect, but I do seem to feel more energized in the mornings at the gym and work. I also seem to feel better afterwards.

These come with 60 tablets which is enough for a one month supply. These tablets were easy to swallow and had no bad after taste to them. I would buy these again because they seem be helping me.
