If you need a lot of ginger this is it. Strong ginger scent. Makes cookies very gingery and the smell is oh so yummy

Pretty good stuff. It's ground to a fine powder, so if you like chunks, find something else. I would buy it again, but the container is HUGE and will take a long time for me to use up.
