Q: Is there a PAR rating on these?

PAR is a reflector bulb, these are a different type. A 'PAR Rating' is the measurement of the reflector bulb's lenses' diameter in 1/8" increments, so a PAR 16 would be a 2" dismeter, PAR 32 is...see if you can figure it out! Meanwhile, these are standard terms of art, not magic nor any kind of secret language - now you've been read-in!

I am getting new growth and have some plants even blooming to my surprise. The area the plants are in stays in the mid 50's. So I don't expect much.

E26 is a standard size in the US. You can use just about any lamp for your table plants. It may help to have one with a reflector.
