Quest Overload bars are my favorite because they contain 20g of protein (without the aftertaste), are delicious, and keep me satisfied for at least 5 hours. They cost a little more per bar but are worth it!

These have great flavor. Not super chewy and sticky like some protein bars that I have tried. There seems to be different cookies inside. To me, it tasted like a macaroon buy having a slight coconut taste. Definitely be keeping these on hand!
