Great Yeast Balls
I always get a great tasting wine out of this. I keep it longer (7 days+) than the recipe asks for stronger wine and it comes out just the way I want it to. I have tried another yeast balls and did not get as good results as this.

Didn’t work for me
I am not new to sweet rice wine. I made consistent good sweet rice wine for over 2 years every week till the yeast ran out. I have special sweet rice wine maker to keep temperature between 26-28. I haven’t had good luck with this product. First time has strong yeast scent and bitter taste. Second and third failed with no liquid. Quite disappointing.

Good price and quality!
Very good yeast for jiuniang (rice wine pasta). Very easy to use, one ball makes two big bottles. The shipping was fast. Definitely will buy again.

I didn't have great success but that's probably just me
I got this to make rice wine and though I didn't have great success I think that was me messing things up. What I made did have a wine/alcohol scent so I think the yeast did its job right and the flop was all on me. Looking forward to trying again but sanitizing better this time. There's plenty of yeast balls here for you to keep going into until you get out right!
