HIDEit Bolt (Black) Wall Mount for TiVo Bolt

Indispensable for wall mounting a Tivo Bolt. There is no locking mechanism, so it fits loosely around the Tivo, but since it's meant to sit securely I guess it's not a problem. Still, I installed it along with an extra bit of security to prevent it from slipping out accidentally. Being as the Tivo remote is RF it shouldn't be a problem for it to be out of sight, though I have experienced some remote command lags since installing it directly behind the TV set.

Its very expensive for what it is. Gave 3 stars for the $$$$ Its a piece of metal, but well made and it works as advertized. I bought 2.

Love it... completely makes the equipment hidden behind the TV. I did this with the Xbox360s as well. easy to install with different install options. Great finish. totally worth it. I do recommend mounting it with the harddrive "up" and the heat from the internals seems to make it act a little "wonky" if installed the other way.

Nice fit for TiVo Bolt, and nice that it’s available in two colors, black and white. Only problem I have is the fit is a little loose. I mounted the unit up right and I’m concerned it could slide out over time if not perfectly level. It slides in and out a little too easily. I ended up putting thin rubber/felt pads inside it for a more snug fit, which is what I recommend everyone do if mounting up right.Another suggestion for mounting would be not make it level, just a few degrees off so that it rested in better, although that might look silly depending on how good you eye is.

These mounts are easy to install and work very well! I'll be buying more of these for other applications.

You can mount the Tivo as pictured (vertical) or you can also mount it horizontal. However, if you mount it mount it horizontal you an only mount it connections down and face up. We use this in our RV and mounted it horizontal, it is very secure in this position. Vertical mounting it could easily slide out driving down the road.

I like this bracket. Securely holds my TiVo Bolt OTA to the wall, yet connections and lights are easily visible and accessible. Hides well behind my wall-mounted TV.

Perfect fit to securely mount my TiVo Bolt+ out of the way. The unit easily slides into the bracket, though I would have liked to see a bit of padding in the arms that contact the sides of the TiVo to provide some extra grip and avoid marring the plastic case. I would also have liked the option of a black bracket to match the color of the Bolt+, but a little spray paint will take care of that.
