I bought this pillow to use post surgery on my full-size bed. It was recommended I sleep in a recliner because I’m not able to lay on my side or a supine position. Unfortunately I don’t have a recliner so I took a chance and tried this. It has been a godsend. This wedge pillow keeps me at the perfect angle and height as comfortably as you can expect to be after a major surgery. The smaller detachable piece makes it easy to find the right placement for my head and neck. I would definitely describe it as comfortably firm. As a bonus, my sleep apnea and acid reflux have improved since I’ve been using this pillow. I have plenty of room on my full size bed, enough to place extra pillows on either side vertically for my arms. I will continue to use it long after I have recuperated as it has multi functionality. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

If you have back and/or neck issues this is the product for you. It’s completely adjustable and the 3 pieces can be used together or individually. It has helped me get into the perfect position while sitting up in bed so I can read or do crafts. The quality is as good as more expensive items I’ve purchased in the past. Very pleased with this purchase.

This was exactly what I needed to be able to sleep elevated with a sinus infection.I do wish the neck pillow was a little thicker and the angle could be adjusted a little more, but for the price point it’s a great pillow. Even after the sinus infection, I’m still using it and find I’m sleeping longer most nights without tossing and turning.

It’s very comfortable but solid. Perfect for lounging without putting strain on your neck or back.

Works as expected & so very useful for anyone who had surgery. Very durable & made well with great support.

Bought this due to disc issues in my neck. The part the goes under the neck is very soft. Sadly it hasn't helped. Other than that it is comfortable.

I have reflux troubles. It works great, even to sleep on! The neck pillow is a huge help in getting a good sleep. I'm really happy with it

I purchased this pillow because I was having some trouble with neck pain and wanted to have good support sitting in bed to watch TV or read. It is larger than I expected, but that allows for a comfy fit. The memory foam is firm without being hard and the angle of the Pillow itself can be adjusted. I was quite pleased.the wedge that came with it to adjust the angle can be used under your knees or feet as well.
