Very nice for sleep, even though that's not why I bought it and why I used the higher doses , it's absolutely worthless for weight loss or fat loss. No effect whatsoever at three capsules 6 mg

Take this with glycine and get progesterone and OMG you actually sleep through the night… even if you wake up with pain from sleep or get hot you can fall back asleep. And apparently with the research on this you can lose additional inches off your waistline because it reduces visceral fat. I’ll take that as extra inch or two off my waistline and torso!

I use sleep aids because my work schedule often has me staying up till the wee hours of the night and really messes up my sleep cycle and so it’s been it’s been 5 days since I received this sleep aid and I have to say I’m completely sold on it. I’ve noticed an improvement in the speed I fall sleep but not only that the quality has been much better as well. I wake up rested and ready to receive the day! This is sure to become a regular purchase for me.

I’m giving this 2 stars because I had a very small noticeable change in my sleep. It didn’t work the first night or second yet on the third night I fell asleep and woke up around 5am. Bottom line…I took for 30 days and managed to not gain any weight but did not sleep through the night. It helped me fall asleep faster but I still woke around 4 and 5am and surely did not lose weight.

Nutrosleep has been a solid find for me. On those nights when my mind won’t shut off, it helps me fall asleep quicker, stay asleep, and actually wake up feeling normal. The pill isn't small but It’s easy to take, and I like that it’s made with natural ingredients. Honestly, for how well it works, I’d gladly pay more.
