Very good quality jam with excellent packing. Appears all natural. Certainly no artificial colouring or anti oxidants

Yummy but not the best for diabetics
These jams are yummy but really not good if you're a diabetic. There's no added sugar but they are sweetened with fruit juice so that rates it higher on the glycemic index. I'd suggest using it sparingly
