This is my 4th order of this toothpaste. yes it is a little pricer than most toothpastes, but it is worth it. I stopped using the big box named toothpaste colga** Cres* etc, because of all the junk they put in the products. This Japanese brand leaves your teeth, clean smooth, polished feeling without being abrasive. The taste is pleasant, mild, not overly flavored or too minty, safe for sensitive teeth, and after a few uses, your teeth do appear "whiter."

My teeth feel very smooth the morning after brushing. Subjectively a little more so than when using the M plus version. Can’t say anything about the long term impact on dental caries. My gums look and feel healthy. My teeth look whiter, though I cannot quantify that particular effect. I have zero tooth sensitivity. The taste is not overpoweringly minty as is the case with several store bought products and It foams well. The manufacturer reportedly bought the patent from NASA and has been producing it since 1985. As such I feel comfortable that all the discussions one sees about the optimum particle size, shape, concentration … have stood the test of time. A check with chat GPT confirms that the brand is highly recognized amongst Japanese consumers. The Premio version has won several accolades in Japan.

After doing a good amount of research and trials on different hydroxyapatite toothpastes I’ve come to what appears to be the end game of said variety of toothpaste. Great texture that holds its integrity once squeezed out. I found that some other toothpastes were very runny. The best foaming out of any toothpaste I’ve used even when using less than the recommended amount. Nice mild mint flavor combined with the aforementioned points leaves your breath fresh and teeth feeling nice and smooth and a certain slickness that adds to the general clean feeling in your mouth Overall the best toothpaste I’ve ever used. If price point is an issue for you I’d take the leap of faith and take the “risk” of finding what I would consider the best toothpaste on the market. One more big plus is it doesn’t leave a film in my mouth like a lot of other toothpastes did due to their harsh ingredients.

Have to say after one full tube I really enjoy and find this definitely showing some improvement in my enamel and gum line. There are many different hydroxyapatite toothpastes out there I like one made in Italy that Ive used for years - it is excellent as well. I do recommend this one from Japan it has a like smooth taste and you only need a small amount so the tube last longer than a normal toothpaste. Top quality for sure!!

After dentist recommendations, I added this into my regular routine with a round head electric brush. Feels cleaner and definitely lessened the adherence of mineral deposits behind my front teeth in a crowded mouth. Saves time and money on deep cleaning. Fresh not soapy taste. Lasts for a long time if used every third day. I’ll be a repeat buyer.

This is my all-time favorite toothpaste for the last six years, maybe more. It’s gentle but very effective. It has helped my tooth sensitivity tremendously. Occasionally I don’t purchase enough in advance and I have to settle for American brand toothpastes and they are too sweet and my sensitivity comes right back and it ruins my toothbrushing routine

I have used a number of nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes in the last couple of years. This is the one that I will be getting from here on out. Both of my kids used it while on a trip and have also asked me to switch them over to APagard premio which is a very high compliment to the product. What I loved is that is has a 10% nano-hydroxyapitite for tooth health and cavity prevention. The next thing I loved was the more mild taste of the toothpaste. It is a lighter mint taste. It also almost lathers into a foam and I feel like it is getting a better cleaning of my teeth. The only drawback I could see is that it changes my taste of drinks and food for a while after use but most products do that.

This is the best toothpaste I have ever used in my life. Bleeding gone, minimal to no sensitivity, gums are healthy. Nothing and I mean nothing worked before this
