I bought these almost 7 months ago, and lemme tell ya… they are absolute champions! These things have survived food storms. Hurricanes of cooking. Lately, the battlefield has been sourdough, and they have not flinched. I have to give major respect to whatever magical, heat-proof wizard material these are made of, because my exhausted, half-awake self did not notice one had stuck itself to the bottom of my condensation-covered Dutch oven. I also did not notice it YEET itself into the bottom of my oven. 😬 Twenty minutes at 450°F, I’m standing there like, “Huh… smells a little smoky. Probably just the oil.” Narrator voice: It was not the oil. The poor thing was actively smoking, and I am still amazed it didn’t burst into flames and file a complaint. I pulled it out, apologized silently, and, because I clearly fear nothing, kept using it. Reader, it works perfectly. Like it forgot the whole traumatic event ever happened. 10/10. Would absolutely buy again. Would maybe try to pay more attention next time… but no promises.

I gave these as a Christmas gift. The person really likes it. She uses it for her baking needs. She likes it a whole lot.
