Very impressed with the design and easy to use.

I bought this looking for a single-plug solution to charge everything I travel with, and it fits the bill. Relatively small, fits any outlet I encounter, and keeps my USB-C phone, micro-usb and mini-usb gadgets, and even my laptop chrged. Worth noting that it doesn't supply enough juice to power the laptop over USB-C -- I have to plug a more powerful transformer brick into its outlet for that -- but it does everything else on its own.

Travelled to UK from the USA. The adapter worked for about 30 seconds, then quit. The USB power did function normally, though. Don't get stuck! Avoid this product. perhaps go for a simpler model. The Universal units seem to have too many moving parts.
