This is a great vacuum! We are replacing a Roborock S7 and while that was a good machine, we thought, this one blows it out of the water! The self emptying dirty water, and dust bin is a game changer. It also automatically washes the mop and fills the robot with water when needed. Just need to monitor the base from time to time, not every vac session like our old one. The suction power is great, and the mop always seems to produce dirty water, so it must be doing its job. We have 2 dogs, one being a long haired golden retriever and the vac is no problem with their hair. No tangles in brushes yet to speak of. I have it hooked up to my Homey Smart Home system with no connection issues. The Ecovacs app is good also if that is what you are going to use.

Amazing robot cleaner .. truly a life saver, makes cleaning the house a breeze. The vacuum has great suction and the mop works well. Setup is easy. my only complain is that the robot does get bit loud when doing its rounds but you could schedule the robot to clean when you are not at home.

I have young kids and I find myself constantly cleaning food crumbs all day, so I got this Robot Vacuum and Mop to help me keep my floors clean and my sanity intact. I was worried about the robot getting stuck on small toys, but the AI Navigation is incredibly smart, it maneuvers around the clutter instead of swallowing it. That alone has been a huge relief. The suction power is very strong, it sucks up everything from crushed cookies to heavy sand from the sandbox. The roller mop is another standout, most robots I’ve tried just wipe a damp cloth around, but this mop actually scrubs the sticky spills and muddy footprints. I love that I can just turn on after lunch and walk away to handle the kids. It has a station that washes and dries its own mop with hot water, and the self‑emptying bin saves me a lot of time. The app is helpful too. I can create virtual boundaries to keep it out of the playroom while the kids are playing, or adjust settings from anywhere. Yes, it’s expensive, but it gave me back about an hour of my evening every day, which is priceless when juggling kids and chores.

Hoping this review helps someone. I bought this in November, and so far, it has been the best purchase! I had another robot vacuum for some time, which I replaced with this one, and my experience has been great. The technology is excellent, featuring AI obstacle avoidance and a live camera. It's easy to use, and the app is very user-friendly. The vacuum and mopping work great! The roller mop actually cleans well like a real mop, which was one of my previous complaints with the other robot (which used a mop pad instead of a roller). I ended up not using the mopping feature with that one because it didn’t work. This model offers the option to vacuum and mop simultaneously, making cleaning faster. It has two water tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty water; it cleans automatically during each session, and you just need to refill the water and empty the dirty tank after several uses. It features different levels of vacuum intensity, which you can easily set up as ‘the suction power’ in the app for each cleaning. As a busy mom working full-time, I highly recommend this product—it's been the best investment! It saves me a lot of time by handling chores while I focus on other things and keeps my floor consistently clean, which is especially important with pets and young kids like mine. The customer service is excellent; they are very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. Their team was especially attentive to my needs.

I’ve been so impressed with how this little vacuum handles the house. We have a mix of hardwood and then some pretty thick rugs in the living room, and I was a bit worried it might struggle with the transition since it is capable of vacuuming and mopping. However, I was so impressed to see how seamlessly it moves between surfaces, automatically lifting the mop into the unit the moment it hits the rug so everything stays nice and dry. You can also preset an area where you want to vacuum / mop / both. Since I have a combination of flooring and areas where I want to vacuum and mop, I can pretty much set what I want the robot to do. I have been using Irobot until I upgraded to this and hands down this is 5x better than that. Vacuum quality is terrific and noise level is reasonable. The app can be overwhelming at first due to the many functionality that it is capable of. Takes me about 10 mins to dial in and I am able to do everything I wanted it to do. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is in the market for an upgrade. You will not disappoint.

Having been running 3 robot vacs, that were frankly beating themselves to death on our baseboards and furniture, they did their jobs...We have a power mop which works great, and decided to give the Deebot T80 a go..WOW, I am impressed, while its not a $2000 flagship, this thing outperforms the 3 "big name" vacs we had. The camera is neat, you can live watch where it is, the mopping feature surpassed my expectations on our flooring. Having 3 dogs thus is a game changer. The app is easy to navigate, the LIDAR mapping and zoning of your home let's you customize cleaning areas and rooms. There is so much more functionality than I realized from reading specs. I love the self empty, mop drying, washing etc. The "zone, and scenario" features are awesome, being able to draw a box on the map and have it just clean that area is great, especially high traffic or by the door where the dogs track in dirt. I upped the water output to almost max and it eliminated any streaking, the default is a little light on output. I am impressed with how well it mops. If you're on the fence, its a great deal, maintenance supplies are inexpensive, and so far I am extremely happy that I made the decision to replace all our vacs with this single unit.

It’s perfect for my family. I have toddlers and indoor dogs, this does a good job picking up the mess. I would have given it a 5 but this vacuum needs stable internet to connect to your device. I only have 9 things connected on my internet but when we moved the antenna, we lost the connection and had to continuously re-bind the machine to our devices, which can be cumbersome. Thankfully once you map out your living space (with internet), you can manually start it up to get it working. Battery life is good, but when you manually start it's cycle the battery seems to run out fast. Other than that, it’s neat & would recommend!

This is my first robot vacuum purchase and I am very satisfied with this robot. It vacuums and mops the floor too. It is very powerful and works great. Charging base: The charging/changing station comes with 2 water tanks - one for clean water and other for dirty water. Easy to change the water. It also comes with a removable dirt bag. It is also light in weight so if i have to move it around, it is easy to lift it up. Vacuum: This vacuum has so many features. My favorite is the extendable roller that can mop in tight spaces especially underneath the cabinets. It also cleans and drys itself. The suction of this vacuum is very powerful. It has good speed and maneuvers precisely around objects on floor. App: The app is simple and easy to use. I like that it guides you on how to setup your robot. The map scanning feature is awesome. It covered all the areas in my house. I like that I can create boundaries in the app and divide the floors into different rooms so i can select if i want to mop or vacuum in select rooms. My favorite feature is that I can use it to patrol around my house and see the camera feed live. Overall I am really happy with the robot. It has made my life so much easy.
