Bought is battery in dec 22nd and had it installed in dell laptop for less than 6 months. I am not a heavy user of battery. And in that time, the battery is completely dead. I have contacted the seller to replace it, given that they advertise 12 month warranty. Still waiting to hear from them. Will update my review with my experience on how the seller handles the warranty claim.

The replacement laptop battery arrived when promised, has over 2 hours of power under normal use, and holds a charge well. I am completely happy with my purchase and would use this seller again.

I purchased this battery in Aug '19. Shipped as expected. Installed easily. Now end of Oct. and it is losing pwr quickly within 2-3 hours of use. Is this normal? Don't wanna return because says incur a 15% restock fee. Seems like I should expect it to last longer than just a couple of hours. Pls advise.

I ordered new batteries for my Dell 6430 and they were incorrect. After some research I determined that my laptop is a Dell 6430s, which requires a different battery than a 6430. Ordered two batteries and they work perfectly. The battery Bar app indicates 0% wear on arrival and over 4 hours of run time.
