These melatonin gummies and the sustained-release formula helps me fall asleep gently and stay asleep longer without feeling drowsy in the morning. The taste is great and it’s easy on the stomach. But i have to take 2 gummies.

Not helpful
No effect. Zero help. Even taking extra pill has no results. Seems like candy only.

False advertising
These are gummies which I have come to learn cannot by themselves be sustained release without special ingredients. So this is being falsely marketed as sustained release in my opinion. It works just like regular melatonin, did not prevent me from waking up at night. Just get pharma melatonin which would be cheaper than this.

Good for shortterm natural sleep
It gives good restful sleeo with no after-effects the next day. But the effect of 3 mg doesn't last for the whole night. Also, since I've taken it for a week only, cant say whether it causes tolerance or habituation
