This is my baby’s first favorite toy. He loves to grab it and hear the crinkle sound. It is a good size, well made, durable and adorable. I think it’s a super cute book. May be best for two year olds. My three year old engaged with it a decent amount. He played with the little dolls apart from the book more so than reading the book. The book is more for little ones.

Our almost 3-month-old a) enjoys this WAY more than the crunchy tactile books with just silly animals and shapes and b) his little cousins 6 & 8 love reading/interacting/acting it out with him on the tummy time mat. Also can take a lickin' and keep on kickin' like MY dad likes to say. Easy to lean up against items too as our baby was at the "holding self up with arms/cobra" -phase and working on arm strength.
