This weather radio does what it needs to and then some. In hurricane season, finding out whats going on during a storm can be difficult if the power is out, but even when not in a bit of trouble, this radio makes for a decent thing to have if you're spending the day chilling outdoors. The battery tends to hold onto it's charge, even when it hasn't been used for a month or two, and if it runs down, you have a hand crank, a solar panel, and a USB plug in to charge it. The national weather service station is easy to find in among the lower band FM stations, and it picks up stations a good distance away when the signal isn't obstructed by a building.

The product arrived with clear cosmetic wear, indicating prior use rather than a new item. While the device powered on, it failed to function entirely. There was no audio output on WB, AM, or FM, even with the volume set to maximum. Additionally, multiple buttons were stuck and unresponsive, as if debris or residue was trapped beneath the switches. This raises a broader concern beyond a single defective unit. Either the seller or Amazon is allowing used or returned items to be resold without proper disclosure. The assumption appears to be that many customers, particularly in the U.S., will not invest additional time returning the product and documenting the issue. Time is money, and resolving problems like this should not fall on the customer. Amazon needs to enforce stricter standards around product condition, seller accountability, and manufacturer information in listings. Sending out used, non-functional items under the guise of being new undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on everyone involved in the supply chain. This is not a good look for the seller, the platform, or the brand associated with this product.

Ich bin von diesem Radio sehr positiv überrascht. Einfache Handhabung und super Klang. Das Laden hat zwar Stunden gedauert aber das ist erstmal ok. Man kann ja auch kurbeln. Für ein Stromausfall das beste, was man haben. Volle Kaufempfehlung, auch weil es eine 20000er Batterie hat.
