I think these are great and have definetly noticed a significant difference in my well being, I suddenly started suffering a type of migraine 4 years ago nothing the doctor gave me worked, i was treated for sinus migraines nuralgia tablets where horrendous also I had pain in my shoulders and back which required injections every 4-6 months after around 3 months of taking tuneric I no longer needed the Injections my headaches where also getting less, now 1 year on I basically have no headaches and still haven't needed cortisone injections and tumeric is the only thing I added to my morning ritual, one thing I would suggest if you are new to tumeric is to start on a lower dose and work your way up start with 400 to 500 then 6 and then 7 if you don't have cancer and are just taking for well being you really only need the 700 a day I found when I started on a higher dose I suffered stomach burning now I'm fine after restarting lower, these are great value and the perfect 700 mg you need

I suffered from mild to moderate facial eczema caused by perimenopause - hormonal fluctuations. It got bad enough that it caused reoccurring blepharitis - inflamed stys on my eyelids, cracked lips and sore inflamed dry patches. The doctors fobbed me off with steroid creams. Didn't help. I purchased these capsules after reading about the benefits of turmeric as a natural anti-inflammatory, I've not been taking them long but after suffering with foot and ankle pain for some time I thought I'd give them a try. Capsules were delivered quickly, well packaged and a good supply at a good price compared to others. 4 months supply and high strength too, so just one a day. The capsules are easy to swallow, they smell a little which is understandable with it being turmeric, but I can't taste much when taking them so they are ok to swallow. Hopefully in time they will help relieve the pain in my foot and ankle, so far I'm pleased with the purchase and will update if anything changes, so far so good.

I have been buying this product for years and am usually very happy with everything, but I hate the new package! I used to be able to recycle the old plastic container in my recycling bin however the new plastic packet requires specialist recycling which isn't available in my area!!!

ayant une tendinite a l àvant bras depuis environ 3 mois les pommades et anti inflamatoire de pharmacie n ont eu aucune efficacite ....j ài donc acheter ce curcuma associe avec du baume du tigre rouge pris sur amazon et depuis deux semaine je ressens beaucoup moins la douleur au niveau des tendons ...tres bon curcuma et bien dose efficace

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, relativ zur Anzahl, Preis und dem enthaltenen Ingwer. Schnell da und die Verpackung nicht halb leer bzw. zu groß. Scheint auch gut verträglich zu sein. Mach in ein paar Jahrzehnten ein Update, ob ich dadurch wirklich 100 Jahre alt geworden bin...

Ich messe jeden Tag Blutzucker, eine Verbesserung ist nicht eingetreten. Bei den kleinsten Verfehlungen steigt er sogar noch an ich rede von 120 - 130. Fazit lohnt nicht !
