My family LOVE these crispy protein treats... we have tried a variety of flavors that deeply satisfy our sweet tooth in a healthy way... each one is wrapped individually and easy to throw in a briefcase, consume "on the go", during Zoom or other meetings, on a train, in a taxi, airplane, bus, bike, etc.

The taste just ok but they are full of palm oil which has been linked to elevated cholesterol and Triglycerides. Definitely do your research. These went in the trash. They are not healthy at all or good for you.

These are the best keto treats. It took time for them to be readily available, but they are my favorite guiltless keto protein snack.
