Got these to help with digestion and some recent gut problems. I have been taking them for a week and the problems have been reduced. Are they because of these, not sure, but I will continue to take them and try to get the help I am looking for. They do not have a bad taste or smell and are easy to swallow. The bottle was well sealed when it arrived. The pills are small and easy to swallow and should help with stomach health. The price is right for a good quality product.

All I know is that my digestive tract improved just one week after starting my morning with two of these every day. It is important to note that I take them at the very same time, every day, just before breakfast. This is probably the most important aspect of taking any probiotic supplement! This helps to time the 'rest of the story' in a consistent way! If anything changes, I will update this post, but so far, so good!

Ok, so I cant say it has improved my digestion in any percieved way.i CAN say, it didn't give me gas, allergic reactions, or nasty side effects.It just smells like a plain old medicine capsule, with no taste.I'm going on three weeks and can neither confirm nor deny effectiveness.

This is a quality single-strain probiotic. Came securely packaged. Of course, effectiveness varies by individual, but this is definitely worth trying.

Upon opening this 2 pack of Toniiq Lactobacillus Gasseri - Ultra High Strength 50 Billion CFU I was disappointed to find such a small amount of capsules in such a large bottle. They could have filled this with triple the amount and still had room left.The serving size is 2 capsules. Toniiq claims that 1 of their capsules equals 16 capsules from other brands. One Toniiq capsule equals 25 billion CFU's while one capsule of other brands is typically 10-12 billion CFU's. I'm not a math wizard, but that claim just doesn't compute.It appears, from my research, that Toniiq does not manufacture any of their own products. But they do claim they're all manufactured in the USA.These are typical thin walled capsules with the ingredients in powder form inside, so not sure where the timed release part comes in.They do maintain their own website that's heavy on sales, but does give some company history about their roots in Michigan. There is a Chicago address on the bottle.I'm sure these are safe to take, but I will drop my dosage down to 1 capsule as that is plenty for my needs.

This is a good pre and probiotic supplement. The supply is generous enough to give us time to make sure we are getting the full benefit. After a couple of weeks we have, both husband and wife, have no negatives to report. For the good, my wife's digestive complaints are fewer and she seems to be digesting her food well. Better yet, her whole body system seems to be working a bit better and she does feel better. The gut is the center of everything. So maybe, just maybe these might be why she feels better now. So we will continue to take these and hope we both continue to feel good and get better every day. Best of all, we don't have to keep these in the refrigerator so they are easy to remember to take at night or anytime were are near our medicine cabinet. Thse are a good brand that are tested for purity of promised ingredients, contain a very potent lab tested dose of those ingredients and are very easy to take.Our family are confident we are getting the best with this Toniiq Lactobacillus Gasseri probiotic supplement.
