Soft and easy to use, I absolutely happy with this! I never thought how great it would be,The Tips are more sofer than the one which I use before. They are worth buying !

I was trying to get at some moisture that has unfortunately got deeper into my ear than is heallthy and I didn't know what to do while waiting for a doctor's appointment. While this small item sis gentle, so far the amount of suction is not enough to get at the moisture.

Suction power is fairly good. Comfortable and easy to use.
