For some reason this one is a bit too strong for me, and I usually have a high tolerance to most pre-workout supplements, so I will definitely use 1/2 scoop or less the next time I use this, I thought the blue razz rock candy flavor was pretty tame and mild, and it didn't give me any rock candy effect, in any case it tasted good and is easy to drink, as for the supplement it has a lot going on vitamins, minerals, amino acids, caffeine anhydrous (300 mg), caffxtend (100 mg), fibersol-2 (8000 mg), huperzine, alpha gpc, and much, much more.Unfortunately I had some weird side effects using this supplement, after about 50 minutes I had some mild stomach cramping, and I even had jitters during my workout which was odd since normally I am used to high caffeine, however I did have plenty of energy and felt very awake, if I didn't have the side effects I would be very impressed.Stomach upset:For me, I had some stomach cramping.Taste:Pleasant flavor, not too sweet, enjoyable to drink.Effectiveness:It did seem effective, I felt wide awake, plenty of energy, and very focused on my workout, but I did have side effects.Quality:Many of the ingredients appear clean & high quality, vitamin B12 uses the active form (methylcobalamin), brand sourced ingredients like fibersol-2, caffxtend, mitoburn ...etc, natural flavor, however it does contain two artificial sweeteners, sucralose & acesulfame potassium.Overall I like it, a bit pricey, strong caffeine (may cause jitters), I would definitely recommend starting with 1/4 scoop to check tolerance before diving into a full scoop (included), I like that it's made in the USA, provides 25 servings.

This really sets me up for a good sweat. Exactly what you want in a thermo. Must try.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because it was offered, the others were not. I tend to prefer watermelon flavors so I chose that.Effectiveness:I found this product to be effective as a pre workout. And also as an effective laxative.Energy level:Energy levels were as expected for a pre workout.Taste:Taste was exceptional. Very good considering the number of supplements it contains. Quality:The packaging is quality. Premium, but that is reflected in the price.Ingredients:It includes the supplements I expect from a pre workout.Stomach upset:This did not upset my stomach, but it does promote regularity after a number of hours.Really good tasting, with quality packaging. It contains the supplements I expect in a pre workout. But unfortunately the price is over double what I would expect to pay.
