Sooth’s my tired eyes. What I don’t like is the fact it has to be plugged into a wall charger or portable charger to use in bed . I usually set it for 20 Or 40 min on med.

This heated is a nice product and helpful for treating my chronic dry eye syndrome. The eye mask is powered by a USBC cord. It must be plugged in to work; it is not rechargeable. It heats up quickly, and I like that the part which is heated can be removed from the outer shell so that the shell can be washed. It has three heat settings. I don't have a way to measure how hot it gets at the various settings, but I believe that it does not get as hot as the temperatures stated by the manufacturer. That is okay for me because the highest setting was actually a very good temperature for my needs. I like that the adjustable elastic strap does not contain Velcro because Velcro straps always catch in my hair. Overall, I am very happy with this product. I must note, however, that it arrived in a torn box that had been taped up, which made me wonder whether it had been a returned item. It appeared to be unused. I washed the cover before you so, yes, the cover is washable.

Quite comfortable to wear. Cable is long enough for it not to get in your way. Easy to carry around heat is perfect. Good value.
