The Callsky-Pro 14 comes with a good protective case/stand, and a18 Watt USB-C charging block and cable, it also has a rather nice stylus. Turning the ‘power on’ is a little award, you need to hold the power button down for about six seconds, then release the button, to get it to turn on. To log in you swipe up on the home screen (not sideways) from the bottom. Other than that, it is a decent android tablet. I am 72 years of age now and require reading glasses. This device makes it a lot more comfortable for me to be able to read news articles, emails, and just to browse the web. The sound is great for a device this size. I often find myself using this to watch some my streaming video services, instead of my large screen TV. I did discover that the USB-C port is also a data port. I was able to use a 32GB fat 32, USB 3.0, thumb drive, with a USB-C connector, to transfer files between my windows PC and this device. I don’t use a phone sim card but I did add a 512GB micro SD card with no problem, lots of added storage space now. Considering the cost for value, I do recommend this device.

"After six months of use, this tablet has proven to be a severely disappointing purchase, multiplying the issues I noted in my initial review. The hardware quality is poor: my original stylus and subsequent replacements have all failed to work. The basic function of turning the device on is a daily struggle, as the off/on button is immensely inconvenient and almost impossible to use. Battery life is unacceptable; I get a mere five hours playing simple, non-intensive games like Solitaire. Furthermore, the device is physically uncomfortable due to its weight, making it a burden to rest on your body during use. The software experience is equally frustrating, plagued by tinny, unpleasant sound quality and an overwhelming number of annoying ads, leading me to believe everything is linked to Temu. Adding to the frustration, many legitimate websites incorrectly state they are 'not available in my area,' despite me being in the middle of the US. My strong advice is to keep away from this product. Pay a little more for a reputable brand; this one simply doesn't hold a candle to my Samsung." MY FINAL ENTRY": After the charger port broke off inside the tablet, I decided I was done. Amazon was fantastic at resolving the issue, and I’ve since upgraded to a Samsung. It cost twice as much, but the peace of mind and quality are worth every penny. Happy customer, but moving on to better hardware."

This seems to be a decent tablet. I don't like the case that comes with it. And it's hard to even call it a case. It's silicone and it bends and I don't like it. I want a normal case. I went from a 11 inch tablet to this 14.1 in tablet. I want the kind of case that is made for the smaller screen tablets. Even the 12 and 13-in screens have a normal type case but they are not many to choose from. Okay so let's get to the other things. Picture is not as good as I thought it would be. For the price of this tablet the specs should be that of a 2K screen. I've had other tablets on a smaller screen that had a crisper clearer picture and cost less. I like that it has four speakers. It seems that a lot of apps that have movies, preset their volume so no matter what kind of speakers you have it's still does not come out loud. But that has nothing to do with the tablet it is the app. It comes with a protective screen on it but I don't think it is a very good quality one. The sensitivity of the touch of your finger, on the screen, is not as good as it should be. It is a little heavy but considering it's quite large that is okay. This tablet seems to charge faster when you use the cord that came with it. And let's go back to no case. I refuse to call that silicone thing a case. I had to buy a tablet cover, a sleeve that you slide it into and has a zipper closure in case I wanted to take it with me wherever I went. If there was a normal case those are usually good enough for protection. If I would have checked on the availability of a case for this tablet and found out there were none available I would have went down to a 12 or 13-in screen and I would not have gotten this one.

Nice looking tablet, a very well equipped tablet but a few minor annoyances, if you don't constantly keep browsing or typing it switches off after a very short time and you have to go back to screensaver mode, I can't see any way of adjusting this, 5 minutes without activity would be more apt. Other than that it's a very good tablet.
