The BEST
These are the best electrolytes I’ve tried. They dissolve well. They’re not ridiculously expensive. They taste great… no yucky aftertaste! They’re not loaded with salt or sugar, either (compared to some of the other ones, anyway)! I felt like when I drank two after a jog, I did NOT have calf pain!

Migraine Mocktail
I love these. As a migraine sufferer (2-3/week without meds), the electrolytes plus magnesium in these save many days. They aren’t too sweet or salty and I put one into a carbonated water and convince myself I can have a migraine mocktail during my workday. 🤌🏻 Now, don’t ask me about the sugar free ones. Those are terrible, and I accidentally ordered 2. But these? Put me on a subscription for these until I’m headache-free or on a fixed income.

Love the taste
We're buying these on repeat. Love the flavors. It says to add it to 8 oz but I find that too sweet. I take my Thermal flask, fill it up with water, add a packet and continue on repeat for the days where I am at the gym or running with my dog.

Taste great
Me and my family love them. They dissolve easily, taste great and I feel hydrated with the lower sodium then other brands. As long as they stay affordable we will continue buying them.
